Requirements for Applying to Be a Sub-Regional Organizing Committee

Applicants must be legally registered local organizations with experience in organizing youth technology competitions (proof of past activities required).The organization must commit to:
Being responsible for publicity and coordination in the sub-region;
Collaborating with local education departments and schools to ensure the competition is conducted in compliance and safely.

Authorization and Obligations
Once approved by the organizing committee, the organization will receive authorization to host the city sub-region and must strictly follow the competition's general regulations.They are responsible for selecting outstanding teams to advance to the national competition and will be subject to supervision by the organizing committee.Violations will result in the revocation of authorization.
